As Change Manager you will lead the design and delivery of change services across a variety of transformation projects. You will be working as part of the change team on a large transformation program for the consolidation of multiple instances of SAP across their organisation. These roles will work closely leaders, managers and our staff to ensure that the changes in systems, processes and behaviours are fully understood and an appropriate change management plan is developed and delivered to enable our change objectives. This role will ensure that our people and our businesses are ready for the change.

Experience
- Experience in Change Manager or Change Advisor roles
- Significant experience in the delivery of IT programs and large business transformation programs
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Ability to lead, coach, engage and motivate staff through transformational change
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience in risk and issue management
- Strong cross functional and stakeholder management skills
