Our client is an experienced change manager to join their networks group. The team is developing and executing complex change program's role for a large-scale Network and organisational transformation project across the business.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Create an integrated change management plan for the network, bringing together all related program elements such as technology, product, customer and ways of working
  • Ensure there is a clear view of what success looks like i.e. the "end-state"
  • Define and implement the change and transition management activities required to achieve the end-state
  • Assess the change impacts end to end
  • Identify, define, measure and track success metrics and monitor change progress for the network program
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Support communication strategies often extending beyond Operation to customer facing business units

The candidate:

  • Relevant graduate and/or post graduate qualifications and broad business experience leading network or digital change programs across customer facing and delivery functions in a large, complex environment
  • Understanding of organisational design and development principles and demonstrated change management skills
  • Experience in technical organisations, networks preferred
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience with the Agile framework - highly desirable only
