We are looking for a Change Manager for a 6 month contract with one of Australia's Big 4 Banks. In this role, you will support one of Australia's largest and oldest financial services institutions drive complex change and remediation initiatives.
You will work with Senior Stakeholders on two key projects within the bank which revolve around remediation and designing new policy and processes.
For this role, we are looking for an experienced Change Practitioner who can work autonomously within a large, highly complex, regulated environment on enterprise level change initiatives. You should be able to work well with uncertainty and in fluid environments. Experience working in an Agile environment would be highly beneficial as would experience in the Financial Services industry.
