Our client a leader in its field is looking for a Change Communication Specialist. Working closely with business stakeholders you will be responsible a diverse and complex communications portfolio designed to execute and deliver the Communications and Engagement Strategy for the program.

The person delivers communications plans, messaging and materials to support a range of technology projects. The role creates awareness, builds knowledge, embeds and positively reinforces changes brought about by technology implementations, ensuring stakeholders are willing and able to successfully support the change.

Key Responsibilities will include:






  • Supporting project delivery with change communication plans and artefacts that promote project objectives and are aligned to change management methodology.
  • Develop and produce project communications and materials including messaging, SharePoint intranet content, fact sheets, FAQs, presentations, Yammer posts and user guides.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as project teams and business representatives.
  • Work with project managers to schedule project communication deliverables.
  • Prepare implementation schedules to track progress and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder engagement

Essential Skills and Experience:






  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Communication Specialist, with a focus on transformation of process/technology-driven people change.
  • Delivering a range of communications materials with competing priorities.
  • Translating technical and complex information clearly and concisely for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively with people from C suite to frontline.
  • Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to establish relationships and communicate at all levels
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a contributing member of a team
