Our Client, one of the big 4 banks is seeking a Change Comms Consultant to join their newly created Financial Crime Remediation Team based in Melbourne CBD. The position will deliver internal communications and support change and targeted training where required for the Financial Crime Remediation Team.
Responsibilities
- Use data to support improvement of contact strategies to improve customer interaction and response rates and closure
- Developing comprehensive communication plans for the various tranches
- Draft, edit, co-ordinate approval and distribute internal communications
- Executing change initiatives and provide an overseeing change and communications
- Lead communications activity relating to change
- Where relevant identify & support training needs and ensure training is fit for purpose and of the required level of quality
- Support internal communications resulting from Customer Divisions
Skill & Experience
- Excellent knowledge of (and experience in) Regulatory/Risk Framework
- Understanding of AML/CTF and Sanctions regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in communications/presentation/facilitating change
- Customer driven commercial approach to business
- Strong oral, written and electronic communication skills,
- Flexibility to adjust to changing internal and external demands
- Highly organised and ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities
- Experience in large financial organisation
