My client seeks a Business Test Manager for an initial 12 month Fixed Term contract with a view to permanent.. Data Management & Wealth experience
- Business Test Manager - UAT/BVT
- 12 month Fixed Term contract
- Sydney/Melbourne location
This role will ensure:
- There is a robust and pragmatic end-to-end testing strategy/plan, on-the-ground testing leadership end-to-end testing management and Business Testing (UAT/BVT) delivery support to the allocated portfolios of work
- Consistent guidelines and direction to execute testing strategy and/or test plans across all testing workstreams,
Skills and experience
- An experienced Business Test Manager with a strong hands-on background in strategising & formulating commercially-viable end to end testing solutions, from System Testing (ST) through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post implementation Business Verification Testing (BVT), leading and managing multiple concurrent testing workstreams
- Data Management/ Data project related experience throughout career
- Ideally Wealth Management/Superannuation experience - if not then definitely a strong Banking & Financial Services Industry background
- Experienced at managing, planning and leading multiple concurrent projects within the Financial Services industry, and wearing multiple "hats" to support testing end-to-end, such as Test Manager, UAT Test Lead etc.
- Excellent communciation skills with the ability to interact and build working relationships with multiple stakeholders
