Our client is a global software company with offices in the US, UK, Hong Kong and Australia. Their focus is on developing, selling and supporting software for the recruitment industry.

Due to recent expansion, they are seeking a passionate, experienced, hands-on Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for driving new business revenue. You will be managing the full sale cycle from generating demand for the product, developing a portfolio of qualified sales opportunities through prospecting and leveraging your own existing relationships, pitching products and closing new business.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with the staffing and recruitment industry and associated software.
  • Experience in a similar role or Recruitment Operations
  • Experience with CRM systems to track account contacts, opportunities and risk.
  • Track record of quota overachievement and ability to deliver consistently against targets
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
