Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Software Implementation Consultant. You will be responsible for the support the delivery of software implementation projects, integrations and system enhancements by working with the business and external vendors. Participate in all stages of the implementation life cycle in major projects including running discovery workshops, requirements documentation, system configuration and deployment support under the direction of the Business Solutions Manager
Responsibilities will include:
- Research, design, and implementation of new technology and improvements in current systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders in requirements analysis and document/communicate findings.
- Support the configuration of applications to meet the business' documented requirements.
- Provide clear status updates as required, contributing to sprint planning, monitoring of deliverables and goals, and communicating risks as appropriate.
- Become a SME for the new applications to support mapping, configuring, testing and troubleshooting.
- Undertake showcases and short training sessions to educate users.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or other relevant discipline
- At least 3 years previous experience in software implementation.
- Stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Previous experience in working in a collaborative project driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability with sound judgement.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines to a high level of quality.
- Experience with HR/ Recruitment Systems will be highly desirable
