Our client is a global, industry leading client that is looking for an experienced Backend Developer possessing experience with Nest JS, Pulumi , Kubernetes, Agile & DevOps for a fantastic permanent role located just minutes from the Perth CBD . (remote AU work is also available)
Responsibilities include:
- Server-side web development
- Collaborating with other developers, designers, business analysts & testers
- Testing, documenting, amending, refactoring & delivering high quality code
- Be involved with sprint discussions, development, User Experience/User Interface design & architectural decisions
- Occasional out-of-hours work/support, when required
Key skills:
- Strong experience in web application development tech including Nest JS, Typescript, Node JS & GraphQL (NestJS is required)
- Technical experience with Pulumi / Kubernetes
- Agile, DevOps & CI/CD experience
- Experience with client-side development using React JS
- Cloud services, especially AWS
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
- The ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- The natural ability to embrace change
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges
- The willingness to continuously grow and learn
