Platform Architect- Unified Communications
We are looking for a Platform Architect- To lead the workplace technology design for unified communications and work with our client's business, external stakeholders, suppliers and vendors to deliver Communication technologies and services to support business practices and process.
Expected outputs will be successful implementation and delivery of services for specific program and business requirements.
Must have expertise in the following areas:
- Integrated Services: SMS, Digital signage, Meeting room conferencing
- Voice Services: Incoming/Outgoing Calling, Voicemail, Dial-Plan, Softphone, IVR
- Video Services: Streaming and Recording, Video Creation and Packaging
- Conferencing Services: Voice/Video/Web, Meeting Rooms, Application Integration
- Associated Network requirements: QOS, CAC, Voice Gateways
- Faxing Services: Fax Gateways, Fax Integration Points
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Work experience in any Financial industry is desirable
