Our CBD Base Client is looking for an experienced, certified Agile Coach to assist their team for an initial 3 month contract, to commence early June 2022.
The role:
You will coach, mentor and guide staff to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges. You will analyse the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Mentoring Agile Teams
- Enables the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
- Coach and Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Train Teams to enable teams to transition to an Agile way of working.
- Setting up governing policies to support Agile-based approaches.
- Define the measurement system by way of identifying relevant metrics.
- Facilitating change in new ways of working.
- Applying System thinking to expose bottlenecks.
- Evaluating and Advising Agile Frameworks.
- Suggesting ways of contracting with vendors and customers.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Frameworks
- Can show examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
- Experience running Agile projects of varying sizes
- Excellent leader, educator and coach
- Scrum Coach and Scrum Master certification
- Experience coaching in large organisations.
