Sadly, one of our teams much loved account managers is leaving to join another industry. As a result we are looking for a software focused Account Manager to take over a hot desk. You would be working within one of Peoplebank's leading teams 'NSW Commercial', where you would manage both permanent and contract clients and recruitment across IT with a strong focus on software (mostly .Net, Web and digital)
Our large team has an average tenure of 7.5 years per person and a culture of excellence, whilst regularly stopping to share a laugh. There is zero micro-management. Everyone in the team knows there stuff, and is given the autonomy, ownership, support and flexibility to just get on with it. You will not find better conditions or a better team to be successful within as an Account Manager. Oh, and we have an enforced flexible working arrangements policy!
