Our client is looking for a Senior Change Analyst to work on a variety of projects.
Working closely with business stakeholders you will be responsible for communications plans, messaging and materials to support a range of technology projects. You will also be responsible for change management documentation.
The role creates awareness, builds knowledge, embeds and positively reinforces changes brought about by technology implementations, ensuring stakeholders are willing and able to successfully support the change.
About you:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Change Analyst/ Change Manger
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools including Change and Communications Strategy development
- Experience and understanding of matrixed organisations
- Impact analysis, transition planning, change readiness, change effectiveness
- Training needs analysis, development & delivery
- Communications development & Stakeholder engagement
