About the role

This is a Level 1 and Level 2 It support role requiring an enthusiastic , flexible and energetic individual to perform on-site support of hardware devices and networks. You'll be based on the client site and there are paid overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

Network, Hardware and device monitoring, cable patching, Rebooting, reporting, racking and stacking and supporting servers and desktops.

Skills and experience

  • 2-4 years plus experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Office/Window/Infra Device/Network/Hardware support
  • Independent / autonomous > during quiet times need to look for work to do, proactive.
