Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for a Communication Lead to join their team for an initial 12 months + extensions supporting a major enterprise-level transformation of the contact centres
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a communications professional in a large, complex organisation - preferably with contact centre experience
- Experience in developing, executing and evaluating communication plans
- Excellent understanding of a wide variety of communication channels and techniques
- Tertiary qualification or experience in communications, journalism, finance, business or a related discipline, with 8+ years of work experience
- Outstanding skills in oral and written communications
- Expertise in the production of targeted, engaging communications for print, digital and social channels
- Preferably with some experience of change management
- Outstanding collaborator.
