Our client, an Victorina Government Agency is looking for a Change Analyst to join their team for an initial9 months + extesions
The Change Analyst will focus on the people and process-related changes necessary to achieve the desired benefits from investments made in the technology solutions. They will apply a structured approach to organisational and technical change management and focus on increasing adoption of solutions and benefits realisation through the end-to-end design and product delivery lifecycle.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a change analyst is required
- Experience working in a large organisational transformation project is highly desired
- Innovative thinking and analysis influences developments within area of responsibility.
- Specialist in an area of their profession and relied on for advice in this field.
Initiates research and analysis within an area of expertise consistent with organisational objectives. - Negotiates with stakeholders and peers with the object of gaining co-operation and meeting timelines for delivery of project, service or advice
