Customer Project Manager

The role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a Rail Safety Regulator project, managing stakeholders, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive stakeholder management, including coordination of multiple subcontractors.
  • Leading a team of technical architects and overseeing customer deliverables.
  • Financial, contract, resource, and escalation management.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and global suppliers.
  • Weekly and monthly governance reporting to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate collaboration with virtual teams spanning the globe.

Key experience:

  • Telco project management experience.
  • Core and IP network expertise.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Desirable experience:

  • Background in the rail and transport industry.
