The role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a Rail Safety Regulator project, managing stakeholders, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive stakeholder management, including coordination of multiple subcontractors.
- Leading a team of technical architects and overseeing customer deliverables.
- Financial, contract, resource, and escalation management.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and global suppliers.
- Weekly and monthly governance reporting to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate collaboration with virtual teams spanning the globe.
Key experience:
- Telco project management experience.
- Core and IP network expertise.
- Enterprise customer project delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility in working hours for global virtual teams.
Desirable experience:
- Background in the rail and transport industry.
- Experience with handheld devices in the transport sector.
