About the role
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for creating detailed business analysis, including impact of proposed changes, for in scope pieces of work, gather, analyse, and document customer information, needs, and existing processes.
Required skills
- Experience working and delivering in an Agile project environment
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business or a related field
- 5+ years' work experience in a technical Business Analyst role
- Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Use of modelling tools to document "current state" and "to-be" states
- Ability and flexibility to work on multiple projects in a changing environment
- Energy industry experience highly desirable
