Reporting to the Manager Technical Services, your primary responsibility is to provide leadership and support in delivery of Technical Information Technology services throughout the organisation.
This role manages the Enterprise Services & Infrastructure Team which consists of: Active Directory & Exchange, Storage & Virtualisation, Backups infrastructure and services, SQL & Sharepoint, Citrix Infrastructure, Server Administration monitoring and maintenance, Capacity planning and patching of the above platforms/systems.
In this visible role, you will be expected to be 'hands on' as well as leading the team. It is critical that the appointee has an upto date technical knowledge and a proven track record of managing a team. Leveraging your improvement mindset, you will have the ability to excel in improving the customer environment.
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident self starter who has strong technical knowledge and flare for people management. The ability to cope with dynamic and shifting priorities is essential.
