The Role:
As a ServiceNow Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall architecture, integration, security, and performance of ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and team members to deliver high-quality solutions aligning with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive architecture for ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure seamless integration, robust security, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform, creating and modifying forms, workflows, and applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, databases, and applications.
- Understand and apply ITSM processes and best practices.
Key Experience
- Strong familiarity with ITSM processes and best practices.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Good understanding of integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
- Knowledge of database systems within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong communication skills.
Desirable Experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Experience in managing or participating in ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript.
