The Role:

As a ServiceNow Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall architecture, integration, security, and performance of ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and team members to deliver high-quality solutions aligning with business requirements.


  • Provide comprehensive architecture for ServiceNow applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration, robust security, and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform, creating and modifying forms, workflows, and applications.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, databases, and applications.
  • Understand and apply ITSM processes and best practices.

Key Experience

  • Strong familiarity with ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
  • Good understanding of integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Knowledge of database systems within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong communication skills.

Desirable Experience

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience in managing or participating in ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript.
