Our Federal Government Client is seeking multiple Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Bundle Lead and SME.
This is a long-term contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and an extension term of 12 months, located at our client's office in Canberra, ACT. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week from the office located in Woden, ACT.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Lead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists to deliver assigned outcomes.
- Have a strong understanding of multi-vendor ICT operating models, contemporary development and service delivery frameworks, and contemporary service management toolsets and solutions.
- Apply knowledge of service integration, contemporary SIAM and ITIL Service Management services, DevSecOps, SAFe, and contemporary service management toolsets.
To be successful in this role you should have:
SIAM Bundle Lead:
- Significant experience in implementing large-scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing SIAM services across large-scale ICT delivery environments within Government.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, facilitate technical discussions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
SIAM SME:
- Experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements.
- Experience in implementing SIAM services across large-scale ICT delivery environments within Government.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
It is desirable if you have:
- Previous experience with service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with an existing Baseline security clearance.
