Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst and a Solution Design Analyst.

This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 12 months, with potential for extension, located at our client's office in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, or Melbourne. The Buyer will consider alternate work locations and arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

As the selected candidate, you will:

For Senior Systems Analyst:

* Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.

* Create solution designs and documentation to implement solutions to meet business needs.

* Support daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions.

* Adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement.

* Perform detailed technical application assessments considering feasibility, resource effort, risks, and benefits.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define tasks, resolve issues, solve problems, and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.

* Undertake project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design, and testing documents.

To be successful in this role you should have:

* Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.

* Investigate and analyze issues and make recommendations based on evidence.

For Solution Design Analyst:

* Lead and support operations of the team, including monitoring business performance, setting priorities, and managing resources and workflow.

* Oversee the development and implementation of the ICT solution.

* Highlight and identify gaps in existing functionality and functional interdependencies.

* Undertake and contribute to business management, strategic planning, and workforce planning.

* Report on the achievement of business outcomes, key performance indicators, and quality assurance to manage overall performance.

* Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and manage and support change.

* Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes, build service delivery capability, and influence business outcomes.

For Solution Design Analyst:

* Think strategically and align operational activity accordingly.

* Grasp expectations and concerns and negotiate quality outcomes.

* Develop and manage a range of internal and external stakeholder relationships.

* Manage and resolve conflict using appropriate strategies.

* Understand the audience and context and effectively tailor communication.

* Manage staff and competing priorities to achieve quality outcomes and project completion.

* Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.

* Undertake objective, systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence.

* Make decisions based on professional judgment, risk evaluation, and in the context of the environment.

* Develop long-term plans for the team and manage work in the context of business priorities.

It is desirable if you have experience in:

* SAP Functional Consulting.

* Business process analysis and improvement.
