About the Role
As a Digital Business Analyst, with experience in Financial Services you will be working on a program that is seeking to improve the customer experience, digitisation and create efficiencies. You will be responsible for analysing and capturing business requirements. You will create user stories for the product backlog while working with the product owners you will perform requirements analysis, create business requirements and prioritise the backlog, and contribute to the development of those user stories.
Responsibilities
- Workshop facilitation and interviews with business, technology and project stakeholders
- Conduct product owner interviews
- Translate interview results into user stories, acceptance criteria and simple wireframes
- Guide product owners to Agile
- Write and collect user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritising stories, identify constraints, sprint sizing and planning
- Work with Product Owner's and Technical Leads and Business SME's to translate basic design into mock-ups
Experience
- Strong background as a Senior Business Analyst role within an Agile environment
- Experience of working on large scale, complex, enterprise level projects
- Must have Financial Services experience
- Strong Agile experience
- Experienced in writing user stories and acceptance criteria for multiple business processes
- Knowledge of SCRUM methodology and ability to run SCRUM meetings
- Ability transforming business process of collecting user stories, acceptance criteria and simple wire framing to bring product into fruition
- Skilled in systems analysis and design, business process modelling, requirements gathering, quality assurance and software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
