About the role
Due to demand for our services, we have identified the need for a Recruiter to join our busy Brisbane team on a permanent basis. The role is primarily focused on candidate sourcing, working closely with our Account Management team to identify, engage and represent the best candidates in the market for the IT roles released to us by our customers.
Responsibilities
Using our candidate database (Bullhorn), online job boards, social media and your existing professional networks you will connect with candidates to present them with employment opportunities, understand their work preferences and determine their skills and experience to ensure their candidature meets the needs of our customers and vice versa.
This is a fast-paced environment, that typically requires candidate shortlists to be ready in approximately 3 to 5 days, working on multiple and varied IT requirements at any one time with competing and everchanging priorities.
Impeccable customer service, clear and articulate communication, a sense of urgency and the ability to deliver in the world of IT recruitment is essential to be successful in this role.
Skills and experience
You will need to have experience in recruiting both contract and permanent IT roles, with some experience gained in the Brisbane market across all IT skills and role types, you will also need a successful track record in placing IT contractors into QLD State Government and be familiar with recruiting for panel arrangements such as GGS0060.
Recent IT recruitment experience in Brisbane and the ability to attend our CBD office as required is essential to be considered for this role and experience utilising Bullhorn is highly regarded.
