About the company:
Our client, a prominent leader in healthcare support services, is dedicated to improving healthcare infrastructure and delivery across the region.
The role:
As a Program Scheduler, you will play a vital role in managing and reporting schedules, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and report on project schedules in alignment with project management frameworks.
- Monitor progress against baseline scope, budget, and cost tolerances.
- Manage issue and risk escalation and resolution related to project schedules.
- Develop and execute procedures for estimating, scheduling, and project controls.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Key experience:
- Demonstrated experience in schedule management, ideally within a project management framework.
- Proficiency in MS Project and other project control tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry or similar regulated environment.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar project management methodologies.
