Our Client:

Our client is a large networking and telecommunications organisation who are currently looking to bring on board a Project Scheduler for an initial term of 12 months. In this role, will be responsible for providing a range of project management and support services, including preparing reports, coordination, maintaining documentations, and monitoring and analysing project plans, ensure milestones are always up-to-date and align with baseline.

About the role

You would be involved in:

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, plans and reports, ensuring timely updates.
  • Compile and analyse data and information to identify schedule deviations and emerging issues, track, and report on project progress against milestones and deliverables.
  • Utilise Office365, SharePoint, Power BI and other systems to facilitate, complement and enhance project monitoring, reporting and delivery.
  • Assist in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting of all project and governance activities, negotiating with work streams and stakeholders to ensure updates are completed within the agreed timelines, methodologies and frameworks.

To be successful for the role, you would ideally:

  • Demonstrated Project Scheduling experience specifically within MS Project
  • Demonstrated engagement, communication & organisation skills working within a PMO structure supporting multiple project and vendor teams across varied locations and time zones.
  • Excellent computer skills in project and collaboration tools including MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, MS Planner and Power BI.
  • Experience supporting project management and implementation, including engaging with the team to develop, monitor and maintain project documentation, including forecasting, schedules, and change/risk/issue registers.
  • Willingness to assist and support others as required and ability to effectively engage with stakeholder teams at all levels of the organisation.
