About the role

You will be a part of the Online team, responsible for the review and renewal of the organisation's intranet and website to support the transition

Highly Desirable Requirements

  • Experience or ability to rapidly obtain knowledge and skills using content management system Drupal10 and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience in the management of digital projects.
  • Experience in web writing.

Key accountabilities:

Your part in the ongoing success of our department, in supporting key frontline services will see you responsible for a variety of work, including, but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules for agreed tasks and plan and manage project activities and stakeholders (content owners and authors).
  • Provide leadership in the design, development and implementation of the project deliverables and represent Online unit in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Supervise the writing, production and publishing of content, providing advice on best practice.
  • Coordinate, plan and deliver user-centred sites (website and intranet) that integrates with business needs, including device responsiveness and compliance to policies and guidelines.
  • Provide strategic, timely advice, support and direction, including regular project status reports to the Executive Manager and Director and prepare, review and present project reports, briefing notes, submissions and other correspondence to monitor and report on project performance and expenditure.
  • Coordinate, control and resolve issues/problems by devising alternative courses of action, including innovative approaches and contribute to the implementation of the solution.
