About the Role:
Our client seeks a MuleSoft Integration Team Lead to join & lead the Integration team within the Scheme Digital Platforms branch. The team is responsible for ensuring ICT development program, as shaped by the strategic plan, provides access to data and functions from various sources in a seamless and reliable manner.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead a dynamic team of MuleSoft engineers, orchestrating tasks and delivering unwavering guidance and assistance.
- Harness the power of MuleSoft 4 expertise to craft cutting-edge experience, process, and system API assets.
- Champion the establishment and enforcement of superior integration standards to uphold quality across the board.
- Drive the analysis and specification of comprehensive data integrations, meticulously addressing both content and structure from end to end.
- Ensure the seamless functionality of the entire data integration process, including scheduling, error management, and daily upkeep through proactive maintenance and adept troubleshooting.
- Create reusable assets and components in adherence to the overarching project standards and patterns, fostering efficiency and consistency.
- Execute meticulous configuration testing, documentation, and provide invaluable support to System Integration Testing (SIT) endeavours.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in integration development.
- Proven experience in leading a team of MuleSoft Engineers/Developers.
- Proven experience integrating MuleSoft 4 platform in a complex ICT environment.
- Ability to develop MuleSoft, CI/CD and Agile services within a DevOps environment.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering REST based services including design of APIs.
- Proven experience working in a multi-disciplinary team, building rapport and managing stakeholder expectation.
