About the Client
One of our leading government clients is seeking an IT Service Desk technician with strong customer skills to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for digital workspace devices and software.
- Install, test, and maintain digital workspaces according to the standard operating environment (SOE) while following quality management procedures.
- Offer support and advice on digital workspace technologies.
- Provide ICT support services across various digital workspace environments at metropolitan locations in alignment with ICT Service Management processes.
- Respond to customer complaints, liaise with external providers, and ensure compliance with service management policies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective IT support services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of digital workspaces.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly, minimizing customer effort, and improving overall satisfaction.
- Ability to install, test, and maintain digital workspaces.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to address customer complaints and escalations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, responsive team environment.
