IT Service Desk

  • Initial 6 months contract with possible extension

About the Client

One of our leading government clients is seeking an IT Service Desk technician with strong customer skills to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for digital workspace devices and software.
  • Install, test, and maintain digital workspaces according to the standard operating environment (SOE) while following quality management procedures.
  • Offer support and advice on digital workspace technologies.
  • Provide ICT support services across various digital workspace environments at metropolitan locations in alignment with ICT Service Management processes.
  • Respond to customer complaints, liaise with external providers, and ensure compliance with service management policies.



Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in providing effective IT support services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of digital workspaces.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly, minimizing customer effort, and improving overall satisfaction.
  • Ability to install, test, and maintain digital workspaces.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to address customer complaints and escalations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, responsive team environment.
