Our esteemed client, a leader in the wealth domain, is actively seeking a Delivery Lead with Investment industry background to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be pivotal in driving initiatives for their investment business partners, primarily focusing on private market, Investment Stewardship, and ESG endeavours
Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years' experience as a Delivery Lead managing initiatives end to end.
- Experience successfully managing software delivery of complex financial analytics and predictive models essential.
- Comfortable operating a low level of detail and demonstrated experience navigating complex requirements and solutions with ease.
- Investment industry, Investment Data along with understanding of various assets across both listed and unlisted sector would be an advantage.
- Strong Agile methodology certifications/experience (Scrum, SAFe, etc) and proactive promoter of lean, agile best practices
- Experience in process improvement and transformation projects
