PeopleSoft Business Analyst urgently required for a 6 month contract to work on HR System's including the implementation of the PageUp Recruitment system which will be interfaced into PeopleSoft based in Sydney CBD
Mandatory:
- Experience in large multi divisional organisations
- Experience with analysing HR processes, such as recruitment, on-boarding, workplace management, labour time management, performance management and talent management etc.
- Well developed, strong business process mapping skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to host Business Work Groups and present outcomes
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic project team, using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Nice to have:
- Command of BPMN 2.0. and modelling tools
- Experience with PeopleSoft
- Change management and training skills/experience a plus
