A Large Financial Client is in need of a Workforce Analyst with extensive experience in reporting and strategies for initial 3 months contract in Sydney CBD
The Successful candidate will:
- Partner with the business to ensure workforce supply is accurately represented real time in agreed tools to agree standard, and support teams to optimally manage their resource capacity to ensure they have the right size cost and shape workforce to meet business demand
- Pro-actively validates and manages data integrity related to the system resource reporting
- Works with HR to ensure the team
The candidate must have:
- Experience in workforce planning
- Proficiency in data analysis, operational support and project delivery
- Strong Presentation and communication skills to high quality
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Sound financial management experience
- Builds effective relationships and assimilates information quickly
- Experience in workforce planning, PMO Analysis or PMO Management is desirable
- Experience working within a consulting or matrix delivery environment is desirable
