About Role:
A global leader in IT services, consulting & business solutions is looking for a Test lead with manual & auto testing experience to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to lead a small team of testers to meet the product requirements
- Develop test strategy and test plans for projects
- Gather and analyze data to support business cases, projects, process and system requirements
- Deploying and managing resources for testing
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
Skill & Capability Requirements:
- Automation tools preferably - UFT, Selenium or Cypress
- Hands-on experience on Manual and Automation Testing
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and concepts
- Excellent Communication skills
