About the role

The Technical Writer is responsible for reviewing 'current state' and 'to-be state' business processes, system functions, policies and business rules, identifying and engaging with relevant business stakeholders and designing a range of artefacts, such as work instructions and operational reference guides, that will enable impacted staff to enact new roles, responsibilities and work practices.
