Looking for a Technical Writer with experience in implementing processes for knowledge management to work within the Banking Sector.

Joining a medium sized agile team, the Technical Writer will:

  • Establish process to develop, maintain and improve knowledge management framework.
  • Author system, process documentation and information flows.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in authoring technical documentation in a software development environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information (e.g. calculation rules, process lifecycle) in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in working with interfacing applications ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back end systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with subject matter experts: developers, support analysts, testers, operations analyst)
  • Experience influencing technical writing best practices within a team.
  • Prior knowledge management experience including use of collaboration and documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage content, manage feedback and change.
