About the Company
Our client, a leading NSW Government Department, is looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting the modernisation of enterprise infrastructure. The successful candidate will use their exposure to IT projects to assist the program manager & project teams by assisting with administration, tracking project plans, dependencies & outcomes. They may also be assigned a stream of work to manage under the direction of a Program / Project Manager.
Experience Required
- Extensive experience in managing data in excel, tracking projects, and scheduling
- Adept at eliciting information from various stakeholders, with excellent vendor management skills
- Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Technical background is preferred, however the ability to translate business to technical and reverse is vital
- Experience in a Data Analyst and Project Coordination role
Experience with the following is a bonus
- Microsoft Teams Telephony
- ServiceNow
- Core Network replacements or upgrades
- Data Centre migrations or building up
- Public Cloud
