Description
- Coordination of IT infrastructure deployments for Supermarkets, Petrol, Liquor and company affiliate's banners, including hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Point of escalation for Supermarkets, Big W, Petrol, Liquor and company affiliate deployment issues
- Coordination and implementation of technical resolutions, working closely with IT technology teams, IT partners and Business stakeholders
- IT Change and Release scheduling, including implementation and fallback planning
Capabilities
- IT Implementation planning management and communication skills
- Well experienced in ITIL processes, particularly IT Change, Configuration, and Incident Management
- Detailed working knowledge of MS project and project office
- Strong understanding of current I.T. infrastructure - IT networks, connectivity, end-user devices, hosting platforms
- Uses project planning and specification skills, together with problem solving and analysis
- Highly developed communication skills with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels - both verbal and written
- Some overnight and weekend work will be required
