As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, understanding, analysing, validating and documenting the business needs of users of our platform. You will work closely with all stakeholders of the product including Product Managers, Designers, SME's, software engineers, and clients to help their customers become more successful. By ensuring that customers' needs (small, medium, and large) are clearly understood you will serve as the liaison between customers and engineers in translating needs into new product releases.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate skills in the following:
- Significant experience working as a technical business analyst including experience with requirement gathering, modelling and process improvement
- Previous experience working in a SaaS product environment
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment
- A proven record of working within teams to deliver projects
- Ability to write SQL queries and analyse data
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
- A team player, strong communicator and adaptable
