Our client is seeking to engage a Technical Analyst to effectively analyse problems and develop options to encourage decision making by business stakeholders in a timely and effective manner, through various stages of the entire project lifecycle.
The primary duties of the role include:
- Provide key analysis and delivery of solution requirements specifications.
- Coordinate and produce business process modelling including BPMN notation and IBM Blueworks
- Produce API design including developing interface functional designs/data exchange agreements.
- Business and Functional Requirements documentation updates, act as the project SME for UI and integration requirements
- Management of the Data Exchange Agreement and Information Model documents, ensuring these are kept up to date and fully reviewed & endorsed by all parties.
- Document new and updated business rules and system workflows for implementation
- Expand all related 'to-be' processes in Blue works to level 5 and manage these through Council's Business Process Improvement approval process.
- Responsible for drafting and approval of the Data Sourcing, Cleansing and Migration Plan document and its related implementation activities.
- Contributing to the projects testing activities, including planning, test case writing, execution and UAT support
