Our client is a large digital and technology orientated company with a variety of complex customer focused projects. Due to a system uplift program we are seeking an experienced technical business analyst on a 6-month contract basis.
The environment is complex systems and heavy agile practices. Thus, we seek a business analyst to:
- Liaise with interstate and overseas stakeholders and third parties
- Obtain comprehensive understanding of business requirements and strategies
- Document business and technical requirements
- Propose effective solutions and process improvements that align with regulations
- Carryout work in an Agile method (JIRA)
- Create user stories
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with technical projects
- Solid Agile principles
- Technical documentation skills
- Business case development experience
- Expert knowledge in systems implementation
- Strong stakeholder and third-party management skills
- Experience in a highly regulated environment would be advantageous
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Delivery focused
