My client, a global banking organisation are seeking a Technical BA with solid experience working with Peoplesoft to work in their Finance department. You will be responsible for providing functional system advice to Finance users, day to day administration of core financial management applications and management of change process impacting Finance systems.
You will be responsible for:
- The administration of Finance System processes and maintenance of production issues log
- Identifying and resolving production system issues
- The provision of functional support in relation to business processes including help co-ordination of Finance & Source System feeds
- Running/generating GL/BO queries for users
- The provision of answer user queries on system related processes
- Preparation of document and maintenance of documentation for all processes, controls and activities.
- Participating in the testing of finance systems life cycle implementation and maintenance of defects/change request
- Actively participate in financial systems enhancement projects & change management
To be successful you must have:
- Ability co-ordinate Core Finance system releases and upgrades
- Strong team player
- Strong/Advance MS Excel (VBA Scripting)
- Strong Systems skills - Peoplesoft is preferable
