The role exists to lead and facilitate the roles and responsibilities for mostly legislative/ mandatory projects across a range of banking products and service
Use the latest tools and techniques to create visually appealing Standard Operating Procedures, Process Maps and other training aides including LITFLOW techniques e.g. short videos to demonstrate complex tasks
Work with the users, obtain feedback and update the above to ensure the right outcome for the teams using these documents
Work with the technology teams and explain requirements and ensure the technology mirrors the SOPs, process maps etc.
Lead working groups / workshops to collate user input
Must have Knowledge of the latest Authoring tools, like Whatfix, AdobeRoboHelp, Visio, Signavio etc
Advantageous if experience of Finance and Capital Markets Industry.
