Your Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics
- Establish root causes and communicate appropriately to internal stakeholders
- Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel
- Analyse data and present graphs to business and operational teams.
- Risk, Service Management, Governance, Audit and Assurance.
- Communicate effectively across all payments channels
- 3-5 years experience working in a large enterprise organisation
- Good understanding of banking and branch operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel for analytics
- Stakeholder Management and communication skills
