Our client is a part of a large financial organisation and are seeking a Talent Acquisition Data & Systems consultant to join their team on a fixed term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed insights for decisions associated with Talent.
- Recognise recruitment service issues and suggest solutions.
- Help reduce data risk by assisting with quality assurance, troubleshooting queries and analysing data/trends.
- Assist as an advisor for PageUP, Linkedin, Seek and more.
Key Experience/ Capabilities:
- Experience with ATS tools
- Experience with Pageup
- Experience working in dynamic large organisation.
- Readiness to solve difficult problems by using available data, networking, knowledge, skills, and critical thinking.
- End to End Recrtuitnment experience.
