About the client:
Our client is one of the leading IT service providers and is looking for Spotfire Developer / Lead with experience in data acquisition and manipulations skills in SQL-compliant or other data sources.
key responsibilities: -
- Perform development activities from gathering requirements and designing solutions, through developing code/reports, to testing and release/deployment
- Collaborating with end users, project stakeholders and support partners to identify needs, goals, and business models
- Designing Spotfire reports using in-Memory, In-DB, OnDemand or hybrid approach to provide a scalable and efficient reports
- Design front end applications using Spotfire
- Utilizing iron python script, JavaScript to meet complex business requirements
- Design, build, test and debug Spotfire solutions based upon specified requirements
- Tune data views, design information, calculated columns, custom extensions and Spotfire application for efficient performance
Experience required:
- Strong commercial experience in similar roles
- Understands different configurations of Spotfire on Spotfire server
- Experience with the design and development of Spotfire visualization solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Spotfire and server-side functionalities
- Information model creation and Advanced Reporting & Performance Optimization
