Role Description:
Our client is looking for a PEGA Business/Systems Analyst. You will be working in a highly motivated team that works on the latest PEGA platform. You will have exposure to the CRM and PEGA applications and interfaces. This includes diagnosis, resolution, root cause analysis of issues and identifies and document problem workarounds. You will also ensure service requests are appropriately actioned according to service levels and performance targets. You will provide support to core business application environments to ensure 24x7 availability.
Key Tasks/Duties:
- Ensure applications meet business and end-user requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
- Review and analyse existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies for improving or leveraging the systems to achieve strategic business objectives
- Use progress against business outcomes, key performance indicators and quality assurance reports to inform overall management, strategic direction, and future planning
- Set direction by contributing and aligning to local business plans and ICT strategies
- Oversee, review, and advise on a range of written material, including technical and corporate documentation
- Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Experience working as a Pega Business Analyst
- Experience working as a Business or Systems Analyst
- Hold a Pega Business Architect Certification
- Experience producing application profiles and application documentation from Pega
- Proven experience delivering complete business requirements documentation using a variety of tools such as UML and BPMN
