Overview:

We are looking for a Service Management Analyst with experience in ServiceNow and a background in Quality Assurance/testing to work for one of the Australia's Retail Giant.

Experience required:

  • 5+ years service management experience, specifically in analytics and reporting
  • Experience with ServiceNow in an analyst and/or reporting role
  • Having a testing background is highly desired
  • Expert data extraction, reporting and presentation skills
  • Experience in Customer engagement and satisfication
  • Highly developed conceptual thinking and organisational problem solving skills with proven ability to analyse complex problems
