We are looking for a Service Management Analyst with experience in ServiceNow and a background in Quality Assurance/testing to work for one of the Australia's Retail Giant.
- 5+ years service management experience, specifically in analytics and reporting
- Experience with ServiceNow in an analyst and/or reporting role
- Having a testing background is highly desired
- Expert data extraction, reporting and presentation skills
- Experience in Customer engagement and satisfication
- Highly developed conceptual thinking and organisational problem solving skills with proven ability to analyse complex problems
