Our client is seeking a capacity analyst to work in their enterprise services team. The team is responsible for service management across the company's largest clients. They provide a suite of voice, data and IT products and services to these clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Generate reports via drawing out information with excel and passing to a capacity manager
  • Reports relate to network capacity
  • Manipulate data in excel
  • Download data and format
  • Work in a service management area made up of change, capacity and problem teams

The candidate:

  • Open to the level of candidate from entry, to semi experienced
  • Could come from a service desk, reporting or capacity background or any background using excel to manipulate data
  • Strong excel skills
  • An understanding of telecommunications / IT
  • Basic data manipulation skills
