We are looking to hire an experienced Service Desk Analyst for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.

Job Description

  • Should have experiecne working on Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and group policy environments and technologies
  • A good understanding of client facing devices
  • Knowledge of Antivirus, Citrix, VPN, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN environment
  • Proven ability to manage to tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing issues from End to End.
  • Microsoft (MCSE, MCP) or Cisco certifications would be a big advantage.
