Our client has a requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join their small team that provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to over 1000 internal users across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience providing 1st and 2nd level technical support to 500 + users within a MS Windows Environment
  • Comfortable and have exposure for dealing, talking and handholding with senior team \ executive
  • Ability to multi-task, work autonomously and handle peak periods in a cool and calm manner
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of Windows environment, some but not required tech skills: Mac, Citrix, SQL.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Customer-oriented
